Serve God in His Holiness

Luke 1:68-80

My soul magnifies the Lord,
and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior

  1. Zacharias now recognizes God’s power and plan for himself and his son, John. God has made a covenant with his ancestors.When we lose focus, our mind, body and spirit grow weary.
    • Read God’s covenant with Abraham and see how God himself seals the Covenant by His Name (Genesis 15-17).
      He knew that we could not fulfill the covenant and that is why he became a man to fulfill our part.
    • This Covenant is also with you.
  2. We are part of the living history of Jesus.
    • Meditate on how you are a living part of Jesus and that the nations will speak of your part in history.
    • What is it like to serve God in His Holiness? It assures us that everything is made of thistle for the purpose of for the Glory of God..
  3. Our children are part of this Covenant.
    • Tell your story of how you see God’s covenant in your life.
